Use of the Service
WaselDesk provides customer support tooling, communication workflows, AI-assisted features, and related operational surfaces for businesses and teams. You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the rights of your users and customers.
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your workspace, including user access, connected channels, content sent through the platform, and operational decisions made by your team.
Accounts, security, and access
You must provide accurate information when creating or administering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying us if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security issues, payment issues, legal risk, or activity that threatens the Service or other users.
Customer data and content
You retain responsibility for the customer, team, and business content you submit to WaselDesk, including messages, attachments, knowledge content, and channel configuration. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with the Service.
We process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service in line with our product operations and documented policies.
Fees, subscriptions, and service changes
Paid plans, usage-based pricing, and subscription terms may be presented through the product, an order form, or another commercial agreement. You are responsible for the fees associated with the plan, seats, or usage your workspace activates.
We may update or improve the Service over time. We may also change or discontinue features when operational, security, legal, or product needs require it.
Acceptable use
You may not use WaselDesk to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, transmit unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer protected systems, evade security controls, or misuse communication channels or AI features.
- Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, or deceptive messaging
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or tenant boundaries
- Do not use the platform in a way that harms infrastructure or other customers
Disclaimers, liability, and termination
The Service is provided on a commercial best-effort basis subject to the product commitments and agreements in place. Except where non-waivable law says otherwise, WaselDesk disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, WaselDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
