Wasel AI is the customer-facing AI layer. It is billed only when it resolves a conversation without the team needing to finish the work.

$0.69 per resolved conversation

Copilot usage does not count. Conversations that hand off before resolution do not count as Wasel AI resolutions. External channel/provider transport fees are billed separately where applicable.
