How to request deletion of data related to WaselDesk.

WaselDesk supports deletion requests for eligible account and workspace data. We review each request carefully because support workspaces may contain business records, customer communications, security logs, and configuration that cannot be deleted blindly or without authorization.

Who can request deletion

Deletion requests should come from an authorized workspace administrator, billing contact, or another verified representative who is allowed to act for the organization that owns the workspace.

If the request concerns an individual user account rather than a full workspace, we may still need to confirm the relationship between the account and the workspace before proceeding.

What to include in the request

To help us process the request correctly, include the relevant workspace name, the email address associated with the account, and a clear description of what data should be deleted or closed.

  • Workspace name or account identifier
  • Requester name and role
  • Associated email address or login identifier
  • Whether the request covers a user account, a workspace, or specific data within the workspace

Verification and review

Before acting on a deletion request, we may ask for additional proof of identity, workspace ownership, or authorization. We do this to avoid deleting data for the wrong organization or responding to unauthorized requests.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, backup integrity, financial records, or internal audit obligations. Where retention applies, we will limit use of the retained data to those purposes.

Send the request to the support address listed on this page. Use a subject line that clearly states it is a data deletion request, and send it from an email that can be tied to the relevant workspace or administrative contact.

After verification, we will review the request and respond with next steps, any information we still need, or confirmation once the eligible deletion work has been completed.
